• Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below.
• Please provide a full description of why and return item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.

• Return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories, you can keep our business card for your future referance.
• Then send the package by Recorded Mail to the address below  (We do not cover this cost of the return postage on our extended "14 day  guanrantee")
